indoor-growing New leaves are curling

My plants are under a 600w LED light and live at between 37% to 60% humidity with temperatures ranging between 17c to 22c.

Why are these leaves curling? Any suggestions?

A plant has outgrown the pot when it becomes rootbound......

Sorry sometimes you just want someone to look at your plants and comfort all those worries! I'll do some reading.

My sugar rush peach were doing that. I raised the light some and it worked out well
they were fine in a few days

Could also be overwatering. Look for signs of edema on the bottom side of leaf. If you see it, reduce water.
