I've been offline for some time but I'm back and going strong.
A little logo background:
Dante's "Divine Comedy"
(Yes, I know I spelled the company's name wrong.)
The 9 rings (yes, there are 9!) represent the 9 levels of hell from the poem.

While I'm here... anybody have sources for bulk dry spices???

Welcome back! That logo is not for me, but maybe others will like it. What is the story behind spelling your company name wrong, and are you going to fix it, or did you already do all the LLC work and stuff?

Well, I entered the 'National Zesty Best' in 2006 and won first place in the Ameture BBQ-Hot division. I printed out the entry form to fill it out. The real world does not have a spell checker. Since then, I have entered a few locally regional conmtests and have won a few with different products... using the same miss-spelling. I suck at spelling, but it seams to be working for me.
LLC paperwork is in the mix now.

Logo looks nice, how will it show on a bottle? Make sure it "POPS". Place it next to some other sauces on a shelf and ask some other people if it stands out.

also reserve the other spelling of your website and set it to refer to your real home page.
