Hi, everyone - I was referred over here by Evilgrin at the HomeBrewTalk forum after a conversation about Curry Laksa, which I first tried last year in Sydney, Australia. I came home from that experience inspired, and learned to make it myself - not quite as good, but darned close...and delicious!
This looks like a good place to learn some great things. I'll probably be (mostly) a lurker, as I don't have much to contribute at this point; but as I learn and find my groove, I'll be looking forward to being more active.
