Hello. Adam from the Southern California area. Long-time lover of hot sauce. I have recently started making hot sauces. I am working on navigating through the maze of federal, state and local regulations and licenses for bringing a hot sauce to market. And trying to get some straight answers on fill methods and bottling options.
