New sauce needs reviews

Ok ya'll, it's been long enough, but I am trying my hand at sauces now. I am only going to start with one sauce, and go from there.
My first sauce doesn't quite have a name yet, but I am leaning towards "Sweet Hell." It is made with Nectarines, Brain Strain 7 pods (thanks Cappy!), brown sugar, water, malt vinegar, and a pinch of salt. Needless to say, this is going to be a hot sauce. lol
So, I need some reviewers. My only requirement is that they have to be ON VIDEO! I wanna see people's reactions. I want to see if it's too hot, not hot enough, sweet, not sweet enough, etc. Trust me when I say this though...this one will be a scorcher!
If this sauce is liked enough, I will make more in the future. Im not going to make a bunch when people may not like it. Hence the taste tests! Hell, Im not even putting it in bottles. Again, Im not going to waste the money on a bunch of bottles if people dont like the sauce, you know?
Since I am a broke ass college student, I dont have a lot of money. What I am offering is the first person that responds to this that wants to review it get theirs for FREE. It will also be the only one that is put in a bottle. After that, they will be put into as many individual plastic containers that I can get in a small flat rate box. (They fit better than bottles.) Again, ONLY THE FIRST GETS FREE SAUCE AND THEY MUST BE REVIEWED ON VIDEO!!! After that, all I ask is that you pay for shipping with a small flat rate box. ($5.95)

WOW!! Ok, I just tried it after it has cooled down. Saying that this sauce is a scorcher is a serious understatement! You can taste the sweetness immediately. But after about 2 seconds, it is pure pain. All I tasted was about a quarter of a tablespoon. If anyone is interested in this sauce, you have been warned. No joke, this is one of the hottest NATURAL sauces that I have ever tasted. Im probably going to have to thin it down a bit. Im sure there will be some serious heat seekers that want to try it, but this may be too hot.
You have been warned...

Please, don't thin mine down! lol. I will for sure do a video review for you. Just let me know when and where. Sounds like you are pleased with it. I can't wait to try it out.

how many "Strains" did you put in the batch?

If you don't mind me asking

3/5King gets the free sauce!!
I estimate that I put in about 100 or more of them. It's hard to say. I know that I put them all in a blender, and once they were all pureed and ready to go into the mix, it was a half of the blender.

This is only fitting because the first and only video review I did was on Cappy's BrainStrain sauce. I've been meaning to do more but haven't. This will be a good opportunity to get'ter done.

Sounds good to me. Make sure and pm me your info and I'll get it out to you tomorrow morning.
Yeah, I am DEFINATELY happy with it. I will probably do a more mild version in the future. I dont say this because its my sauce, but it is good. It is pretty sweet, but like I said, you dont get to taste a whole lot of the sweet before the burn starts. Anyone that knows me knows that I dont like a lot of vinegar in my sauces. The only vinegar I used was to mix the brown sugar together to add it to the nectarines. So I dont think you'll be able to smell/taste much vinegar.

Send some to Mark Zuckerburg....he must like it hot....since he is following this thread...hahahahahaha! I'd love to see his face melt.

Thanks Taxing! I wish i could afford to send some to like 10 people for free. I cant afford $60 though. :mope:

Yeppers. It's safe. Just make sure to refrigerate it afterwards. This is still a first run. The pH isnt EXACTLY where I want it, but pretty close.

Just please make sure you are completely honest about it. I seriously dont mind if you say it's nasty. If it's bad, say so. if you think it's good, well, I wont mind that either! lol But like I said earlier, this is how I will know what else I can/should do with it.

I will be thorough and honest almost to a fault....lol. I'll let you know exactly what I think of it. The color, what I can taste, smell, how hot I think it is, what I think of the consistency, If it works well together and what I think it would go good with food wise. I will also describe where I feel the burn and how long it lasts. Can't wait. Anything else you want to know about it, just let me know.

Because of the brown sugar, it'll be pretty thick. Be prepared to wrestle with it a bit. I'll fill it to the neck to help get it out.
When I first started, it was a nice orangy-brownish color. Then I added the peppers, and now it's a dark orange. lol
For me, the burn was all over, but mostly on the roof of the mouth.
