Just threw this together a few minutes ago.  Late night boredom...  My few seedling that actually made it really looked like they could use more than just light from the window.  Im not thrilled with the coverage.  It seems like the last row on both sides isn't getting any real light.  I may have to tweak it.  The bulbs are 18 LED, 54w, with a combo of 8 660nm, 4 630nm, 2 450nm, 2 430nm, 1 730nm, 1 3000k white.
 
Any thoughts?

I had one of those, passed it on to a friend after I switched to a panel. The light on these can be quite intense, so you might experiment with the distance. I would say 18in starting out is good, then lower it if you see some stretch.
 
Luckily I made those legs 24"  The lights are about 6", so if I hang them with no strings they will be at 18".  I think ill get better coverage way up there.
