New to growing super hots, temp question

I'm growing 7 pot, butch t, ghost peppers, and Naga Morich for the first time and live in VA. Is the reccommended temp of 85 degrees only for germination? What's the min temp they can withstand for when I move them outside?

I usually dont put mine out until the lows are 50+
You dont want to stunt their growth by putting them out too early!
Once they have survived the season and gotten hardy,, they wont die until the lows get 30f
