Hello all!
I have a hot slaw brand that I am looking at different packaging options for.
History: I started in Texas (under cottage laws, selling locally) but have since relocated to central Oregon. They have similar requirements so that part has been fairly seamless, unlike an LLC transfer!
Anyway, I am looking to eventually scale into a commercially produced product after the launch of our new website to gain more latitude in retail options/collaboration opportunities.
Currently I am using 8oz and 12oz glass jars and having to individually label those. I'd like to move toward a tin can option, mimicking the trendy style of IPA's graphic/cans. Although these would be more like 5-6oz as their one-time use.
I have no experience with co-packers/ commercial manufacturing and could use some real guidance.
Happy to join this group! Could also use some advise on utilizing specific peppers to achieve specific heat levels in the near future!
TIA!
