Newbie Question

Hi Gang I've got 52 out of 71 seeds sprouting in my heated hydrofarm. 4 more are on the way. Most are just short of 2 inches tall. I've moved the sprouted ones from the farm to the lightbox. Question: Do I have to transplant them into cups now or can I leave them in the Jiffy Pots in the lightbox until they get more robust. Right now they are toothpics with a couple of leaves. I'm afraid they might not survive the tranplant. Logic says they are easier to handle right now. If I repot into bigger containers some might not fit in the box. I usually let them grow in jiffy until they get their true leaves. They are probably too fragile at this point, but I have read post where some people move them ASAP and they have been fine.
