Newbie who has just registered

Hello everyone I have been interested with chillies for the past 10 or so years.
I plan to learn more about selective breeding and cross pollination.
I have been trying to find some detailed info regarding the 22 or so capsaicinoids, how they differ with sensation, duration, etc and what chillies are contain a higher ratio of the capsaicinoids other than capsaicin and dihydrocapsaicin?
