Should I transfer my pepper plant to a bigger pot? Or will it be ok if I leave it in this pot???

I am not sure exactly how big that pot really is. But as best as I can discern from the photo, it looks like you actually have multiple seedlings in what appears to be a relatively small container. If so, I would separate them and pot them up individually into larger containers. Even if it were only one plant, I would still recommend potting up for better results.

With that being said, most pepper plants are highly resilient and adaptable. They can typically survive even in very small containers. But the larger the container, the larger and more productive the mature plant will tend to be, as a general rule. Conventional wisdom recommends using about a 5 gallon container to get a full size mature plant with many varieties.
