Hey. Registered here nigh unto 7 years ago, and checked in now and again, but never posted. I've tried growing peppers, but my thumb is as black as the hole at the center of the galaxy, so mostly I'm just into cooking with them. I'm a Chili Head (It's a Bowl-of-Red or it's a Stew), and I use peppers in almost everything I cook, but I've never made my own hot sauce. Maybe it's time I oughta start.
