Hey all,just tried the new sinus spray called "Sinus Buster". This stuff works.I have a deviated septum and weird shaped turbinates that make my nasal passages swell closed. I end up only breathing through my my. Here's where I surprise everyone. The #1 ingredient in Sinus Buster is Capsaicin. Yes, you heard me right. Who knew all those times accidentally in the past when you handled a extreme hot and forgot and rub or let's just say it,Picked your nose, that it would be good for this. I used 2 sprays in each nostril earlier today and I can still breathe out both right now. I will say,It burns at first and then ,AHHH,relief!!!!!!

Cotton Swab, in some Incinerator, or Pure Evil, will sure as shit, Un-Deviate your septum.

Aaaww just go for it, two lines of moruga dust and a straw if you live through the burn you will have very little sinus problems.
