Numex Twilight uses?

Hi all my Numex Twilight plant is starting to ripen pods left, right, centre and just about everywhere else, but my question is what should I do with them?

I have tried the fresh pods but they taste bitter.

Should I powder them or sauce them or is there anything else people could suggest

I'd try to powder it. But it is more of an ornamental. Make a bonchi and have fun with it.
If you want color and good flavor, get an Aji Omnicolor.
