NEW YORK STATE CHAMPIONSHIP CHILI COOK-OFF!
Yup, we're packing the truck and trailer and heading north once again, to serve our culinary wing masterpieces to the public. And to have a ton of fun of course, as well as a couple of beers. There will be a bunch of other vendors, live music, and of course tons of chili.
$3,800 in prizes for Traditional Red chili, Green chili and salsa. Champions qualify for the 2008 ICS World Championship in Omaha, Nebraska.
