Earlier someone did a thread about using pre-made cookie dough and adding pepper to it. That sounded good. So I made a batch of Oat Meal Chocolate Chip cookies. It was a simple basic recipe
that I added a teaspoon of powdered Habanero.
They were nice ! A cookie I love with some heat ! I think they were kicked up just about right. Tasted like my Aunties cookies until the little burn kicked in . They weren't supper hot , just gave a nice after taste.
