I dont know about the rest of the week, but today the oaky joe is rolling blue smoke with a 9lb butt and a 3lb brisket flat in it.
And if I see the neighborhood feral rooster around he's going in there too.
Got some anejo, some jarritos, and a preview of this years cheese hybrid.

Well I'm still in full harvest mode..Making an El Scorponero Apple cider jelly tonight and more Naga bread and butter pickles..Other than that I'm hoping for a smooth week..
Pick and pickle some jalapenos including relish.
Repair Kenmore washing machine agitator "dogs" and thrust washer...already got it apart...Gunna take longer running to Sears for the parts than doing the repair....Heading out in a couple minutes for the parts.
Finish sun drying lemon drops, gochu and lumbre
Probably gunna finally make the 7Pot/Beni Highlands hot sauce ive been delaying. This one will be a scorcher. Ive got a little over 150 grams just in peppers.

Unseasonable warmth the last few weeks has brought life back to the garden so I'm hoping that I can get a few ripe aji verdes and a couple other late pods. Been saving seed and putting up maters/green beans/zucchini/salsa like mad. Gonna make hot sauce on Thursday for the first time in months then it's back to the grind.
YAY!!! washing machine works again and only cost me around $14 in parts!!!
