Ok, any ideas what this is?

Bought as a Moruga (original pod was red and bumpy and had a tail).
These ones are lighter red, smooth, and glossy.
They are pungent and hot!

I am also inclined to think red hab. Not quite ripe, but a red hab type, at least.

Thats what I think they are as well. I just looked at a pic of my Caribbean Red plant last fall and it looks dead on the pic in the OP.
