I made a trip to Billings, MT today and I took some videos of some modular homes that I like. Later this fall I am going to buy a new home and I've narrowed it down to one of these three. All are 3 bedroom, 2 bath and are between 1,660sq ft and a little over 2,000 sq ft. I am leaning towards the first video because I like it's simplicity and it features everything we will need. Still, all are absolutely beautiful homes and I can't wait til this fall when we buy!
I have scouted out several locations here in northern Wyoming for land. I am going for between 5 and 20 acres. The top two places I have found are in Thermopolis and Greybull because they are ready to go with utilities available. There are some beautiful places out towards Wapiti and Clark that have million dollar views, but they do not have any utilities present and are both a good 30-45 minutes outside of a town (in good weather), which I feel may be a little more trouble than it is worth. All land is outside of town, but I would prefer to be just a few minutes from town vs 30 minutes or more.
This is, I think, my favorite of the three and the one I am 95% positive that I will get. It is the smallest of the three as well at 1,660 sq ft.

This one is amazing and I think my second favorite, but the kitchen would take some getting used to because of the walk in pantry that is in an odd place and makes it not quite as open as I would prefer.

And number 3. I really like the hickory doors and the tile shower, but I would have to change the countertops to granite or granite/tile like the first two houses had.
