overwintering Over wintered plant

This plant has survived the winter but now the new leaves don't look very nice. Can you please help me identify the problem?

As Portugal is zone 9a-10b we can assume these are outside?

Yes, thehull are outside and were outside all winter. I prunned them and right now they are putting out new leaves. The night temperature is 10° Celsius and during the day 16°

If you look at the below charts I believe it's an iron deficiency.
 
Young leaves are yellow and white with green veins. Mature leaves are normal.
Leaves pale. No spots. Major veins green.
