Any chance this is a natural occurrence, or did I pick up seeds from an unintentional cross? Based on shape alone I'm leaning towards daddy being something else - they're smaller, and display varying degrees of lumpyness with an elongated bonnet sort of shape to them. They look more like what I'd expect out of a still-segregating F2 or F3 generation of a red bhut / peach hab cross than any peach bhuts I've seen. Are these things new enough that some of the original parent plant's recessive genes are still popping up?
