Pepper bug spray with my subpar peppers

Hello all Pepper People.  Do any of you have a good recipe for homemade hot pepper bug spray and my own deer off.  I'm going to teach these critters a lesson with my not so nice super hots from now on.  The deer are very bold and come up to my front door in the dark to munch on many plants food ones and other ones.
 
I'm thinking of VidaMixing all the poor peppers then straining then saving that for next year to mix with whatever your suggestions are.

I used some cheap vodka (small alcoholic's take away bottle), put some superhots in so that the capsaicin disperses in the vodka. Let sit over night. After that I diluted it 1:1 with tap water. Keeps everything except goats away (but then again, they also managed to eat down two full grown, full of pods jamaican hot red plants without caring). I figure deer would have a better brain then goats.
