I read that Pepper have the highest source of vitamin A for all fruits and vegetables.

Not that I can think of any fruits.

I'm not sure, but I know that most peppers, when ripe, are very rich in Vitamin A. Mangoes, melons, oranges, basically any orange or yellow fruit is usually pretty high in Vitamin A. Peppers are also excellent sources of Vitamin C, Potassium, and B Vitamins. Technically, too, squash, tomatoes, and peppers are fruits, so you could count them, as well.

Well, most of the nightshade family in general is pretty high in Vitamin C, Calcium and Potassium, and peppers are a member of that group of plants
