Pepper Grower Needs Help with 1st Hotsauce

I have all these peppers, which would go together nicely, what else to combine for shelf stability. I just wanted to ask the experts before I go down the road of experiments... no need to reinvent the wheel... it usually comes out a square when you do, lol. Maybe I should just go for it and mix it all in a blender, see what it needs after that. All input appreciated. I also have a lot of tomatoes and sweat peppers, mursaka purple, bells, random others.
