Pepper Growing Book "The Pepper Garden" DeWitt and Bosland

A friend of mine gave me this book in the off season.

I have not read it cover to cover... but many of the chapters on growing, photos, pepper id, pest id etc are well written.

I just thought it worth mentioning as it is a great resource.

Anyone else read it?

Looks interesting. I once rented a book on peppers from the local library. I wonder hiw current that book is? Being the fact that there are tons of new varieties of peppers and crosses. Good find!

The basic info on how to grow, dry, etc whould likely be the same. Just aa few tweaks would be needed. As for keeping up on all the new verities plus the multiple names some peppers have you would need computerized data base.
