Pepper ID help

Another newbie here, looking for help. Planted seeds that didn't seem to take, transplanted the pod to backyard garden and this plant appeared. May be bhut jolokia as that is the seed that didn't work but suddenly affter 2 months I have this huge plant with no buds or peppers yet.

And this one as well, different plant, not sure what it is. Possibly orange habenero

Those are most definitely not pepper plants.

Not peppers. I agree with daddler. Pic one is iffy, with those serrated leaves, but pic two is definitely not a pepper of any sort. Maybe oleander....

I found a bush about 10 feet from my garden that had identicle leaves although the bush was a lot bigger and had thorns. no buds or anything of the sort. maybe a newer version. of that....
might I add the first plant was almost 2ft tall and no buds
