Pepper Juice?

Anybody see this yet? I saw this earlier today, and i was wondering about anyone's thoughts on this.

Since the chilli's i'm growing now are quite small I sometimes put them into a garlic crusher which juices them really well and keeps all the pulp and seeds within the crusher. The colour of the liquid that comes from them is amazing, a really vibrant red.
