pepper plants on steroids

At least that is what it seems like. I have had plants with anomalies, disfigurement and apparent mutations. but never so many from one grow. Is it chance? or something else. New with this years grow is root riot cells and nectar for the gods nutrient line. At least three (3) of my plants are exhibiting very early branching, even before the second set of true leaves have formed. And one of them is, for the lack of a better choice of words, going berserk.

iv noticed some weird things sometimes happen when i use ferts that contain growth hormones Gibberellins and Triacontanol at a young age..
Does your fert have either of those in it by any chance?
I have also seen those weird forked leaves

No growth hormones in the nutrients, but the root riots blocks may be infused with something. They are advertised for use with rooting cuttings.

Root growth hormone .. Big roots = big nute uptake
