powder-flake Pepper Powder Suggestions?

I wanna make some powders and was wondering what other kinda spices should i put in there with them

I wouldn't add any spices but i would smoke the peppers for added flavor!

Pepper powder is pepper powder, like buying cumin. It's just cumin. You can also buy "taco seasoning" with cumin in it. Or BBQ rub. But when you want to add just the pepper, that's what you need.
 
Pepper Powder = specific pepper or blend
Seasoning or Rub = spices, salt, etc. designed for seasoning specific dishes
Spice Blend = can be whatever you want, usually no salt.
 
So yeah. Make what you want! But keep those pepper powders separate. If you need to add habanero to your rub you don't need to be adding anything else. And they are great on many things, pizza, etc!

I smoke and dry about a half of the whole harvest of a variety. Then just dry the other half without smoke so I have options when grinding up the peppers.
