pepper suggestion

im looking for a good stuffing pepper that is low heat (or no heat).

can anyone recommend anything? I will be looking for the seeds also so if you have any let me know

Manzano or rocoto.. they are large.. thus the name ( known as apple pepper ) excellent for stuffing a bit of heat not really too hot maybe less that a good jal.
they have been available in phx for the last 2 months.. since your in n.c. contact http://www.baileyfarmsinc.com/ they grow and import a ton of peppers.

Espelette Pepper from Basque Country in France (almost no heat, 4000 SHU)

I can send you as many seeds as you want I'm from there.

Or you can use the traditional Italian Pepperoncini for stuffing. But I don't have seeds.

Rocoto can get *very * hot (at least for the avg. Person)... We are talking 6 shu digits here, as opposed to a jalapeños 8,000 shu

Pepperlover.com sells a "Bull's Heart" pepper. Supposed to be very sweet.

also Google "Corno di toro Rossi" - seems to be the gold standard for non spicy stuffing pepper
