Hello all,

I am new here and stumbled into the forums while researching process authorities. I have been told numerous times over the past year that I need to stop giving my sauce away and start selling it. Now that I have finally taken the hint, I have discovered the complexities of actually being able to sell the sauce. I hope to learn more from everyone here and hopefully get some new sauce inspiration and ideas to put into a bottle.
