Peppers sharing pot?

I have some 20-30 gallon flowerpots, and nowhere near enough room for the seven inside plants. Seeing as peppers normally won't need anything more than 10, is it possible for them to share a flowerpot without choking each other's root systems? Or will they just keep growing and take up the entire thing?
 
Edit: I was thinking 2 to a pot.

They will grow  fine together, they won't grow as hearty as one plant could as they will eventually start fighting over realestate.
 
One will grow just fine in it and can get quite big,

22 pounds of peppers! Then again, that's a dorset naga, so I'm not all that surprised. My reaper had better not do that because I have nothing to do with that many. I think I'll add a white hab to the orange moruga pot, at least until it grows its leaves back.
