After this last week of rain I found spots on pretty much all of my pepper plants. I was worried it was a fungus. Turns out after sending pictures to my extension service and my wife's sharp eyes I had a visit from some four line bugs. Apparently they only feed for a week and then are gone. What damage I do have is over with and the extension service said I did not need to do anything other than remove any severely damaged leaves.
So I feel like I dodged a bullet since the fungus options didn't look good.
