Pickin' Peppers!

Today I picked my first serrano and cayenne peppers of the season! Woohoo! They will get hotter, as the season goes on, but really fresh peppers are hard to beat! We may get hotter than blue blazes during summers here, but we can sure grow vegetables more than half of the year!

I hope everyione else is getting ready for a nice harvest to begin, too!

Nice! Wish I had some fresh ones.
My peppers and tomatoes will be in the ground next week. Onions, cilantro and cukes went in this afternoon.

I'm getting a few off my White Habs, and the Datil overwinter should start putting some out shortly, but other than that it'll be a couple months yet...
