Pickled Seed?

Is a pickled seed still viable after dried and stored properly I would say yes I'm Going to try and sow a bunch and see if it works if anyone wants to save me some time or bash me :)chime in:?:

The acidity might prevent germinaion, but a little pH leveling should help. a thing to remember, heat kills seeds. if in any step of the way the seeds were exposed to great heat, they're likely dead.

IMO - no
next question & most likely the most important questions are

what kind of chile/seeds are we talking about ?

IMO it'd only be worth it to try & save the seeds if they're some kind of rare chile seeds, otherwise you can buy good seeds or plants of most chiles at several locations vs going through all the BS to have some questionable seeds (at best) to grow.

& if a rare chile, who'd pickle them then ?
