I know it would be a stupid thing to do but has anyone ever pickled a super hot such as a ghost or reaper butch t? I think it would be a good way to store them.

pickling Pickling a super hot pepper?

yeah i did some last year for my neighbor. We took about a half pound and pickled them with two heads of garlic. The plan was to make a hot sauce and put it on here. Haven't gotten around to making the sauce yet. Pretty sure they were pods from silver surfer.

Just did a jar of Fatalii and Habs, will do the same when the Ghosts and all are ready.
