recipe Pickling recipe

One of my co-workers shared this recipe. He said he'd only used it with radishes but thought it might go well with peppers. I tried with some of my banana peppers this year. 
 
1.25 cup white wine vinegar
.75 cup seasoned vinegar or black vinegar
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp kosher salt or pickling salt
1 cup water
 
Basically just mix it all up, make sure the peppers are covered well and put in refrigerator. This amount will make enough for a one quart, or 2 pint jars with a little left over. At first I didn't like it, but I think it's just because I didn't give it time. I tried a month later and loved it, wishing I had done more this way.
