It popped up at my parents house (two houses down) and my mom asked me what it was...

I digress.

I live in Florida, and IIRC its going to bear fruit soon.

Kind of looks like some guava varieties I've seen but I'm not sure.

We have white, and pink guava... But it doesn't look like either.

Its kind of similar to a mango... Or magnolia...

But the flower is wrong for a magnolia (couldn't get a good shot of it) and mango both.

You can sorta see the flower in the third picture...

If you look at the top, in the middle of the circle of leaves, there is a tallish white thing. Maybe 6-7"... Thats the flower.

We do have loquat, but the leaves are different... I'll get a picture of the Loquat tomorrow.

even my mom says.... without any hesitation.... we have a 20ft tall 15ft wide loquat treee....i look at it everyday....
