There are other threads around here with discussion of using plastic bottles. For most small sauce makers, it's not a viable option due to the distortion of the plastic when bottling the heated sauce.
Good Luck, make sure the bottles are approved for food applications, hope this helps. And if you find a bottle that looks good, ask the company to send out a couple free samples. Most will oblige~
