Please help ID this pale yellow pepper in my Red Bhut Jolokia pot

Hi all,

About 2-3 months ago, I purchased a Bhut Jolokia plant from a local garden centre in a 3" pot (the label shows a pic of red ghost).
I had a pretty good success with it, but it turns out that there were two plants in it and one is definitely not the red ghost pepper.
The pale yellow pods suggest it may be the white ghost, but many of them seem to have a scorpion like tail, so I'm not so sure.
Can someone help ID this?

Is it expected to turn red on maturity as well, just like the red ghost pepper?
If not, how can I tell if it's fully mature and ready for harvest?

Lastly, these peppers are growing in the same pot and are open pollinated.
Is it reasonable to expect that the resulting seeds will be true-to-type?

Thanks!

Red Ghost pods growing in the same pot (if the label is correct).

No idea, but the scorpion-type tail suggests that lineage.

With regard to the question about true phenos from the seeds, probably not, but it is possible that some may have not cross-pollinated. Obviously, you will not know until you see the pods the plants from those seeds produce.
