PLEASE HELP identify these peppers

My friend picked these peppers up for me at a local pepper festival but he forgot to write down what they are.  
 
 
I think these are chocolate habanero
 

 
 
I think these might be yellow scorpions?

Most likely chocolate habs cause they have a dif shape than my scorps. The yellow looks almost a little branish to me with the wrinkles... i could be wrong tho.
