Plugs on the bottom of pot when porting up?

Gonna be potting up next weekend I think and I got a question, my baby's are in rapid rooter style plugs and I'm going into 3.5 x 4.0 pots. Some of my plants are a little leggy is there any harm sitting the plug all the way on the bottom of the 4 in deep pot? I want to do this to cure the leggyness

Depends on how high up the coty's are...I wouldn't plant them deeper than the coty's myself. Roots don't form (very well) above that level.

Yeah... you should consider putting it no deeper than half way down from the top of the pot... If they are a bit leggy consider putting a fan on them, and bringing your lighting system closer to the plants.

As STC said, if you had a deeper pot, you could plant them to just under the cotys.

Try to keep the cotys from touching the ground whatever you decide to do, because as has been said in this forum numerous times, they act like a highway for (bad) bugs straight to your plant.
