Pod Flesh Thickness

These are 3 peppers I picked today, 1 Chocolate Hab and 2 of my local yellow peppers (which I beleive to be some type of scotch bonnet).
After disecting them i noticed the considerable difference in thickness of the flesh between the two varieties.
There is also a considerable difference in the amount of heat between the yeloow and the chocolate, the yellow being more intense. I've also noticed this between the orange hab and the yellow pepper also.
I am curious to see what a real yellow scotch bonnet and a yellow 7 pod look like disected in comparison.
If anyone could provide any pics that would be great.
