greenhouse polytunnels vs greenhouse

Guys we are relocating and i'm going to probably moving near the coast in Oregon. I need to know what you think about growing my peppers in a polytunnel or greenhouse. which do you think is best and why.
I cant even find suppliers in the states they seem to all be in the UK.

maybe would need just a bit more reinforcemnt to be stiff enough in high wind area... but i like a good easy and wise setup at a good cheap cost!

it does pretty good in the wind...it was blowing steady at 35-40 mph out of the west gusting to 50-55 and I think one or two times it might have hit 60

Greenhouses are generally nicer to look at but more expensive than polytunnels, and a good greenhouse has a bit more insulating factor therefore cheaper to heat
