I think I figured out where this plant came from, I had a bunch of Trinidad Scorpions on my patio with a few Red Datils, one pod must have been a cross between a red Datil and a Scorpion. The end result could be this plant. The pods never have tails and are flame thrower hot, so I'm gonna grow out their seeds and see if they produce the same type of pods.
