Problem with my Hot Portugal

This plant came from another grower and looked great , got a few pods then it started going downhill.

There is 1 pod left 1 fell off and it looks really bad.. All the plants around are doing great.
Any suggestions

From what i see it has bacterial leaf spot on it. If you can move it cause that stuff will spread.

I can dig up  pot and move, How should i treat??

I have it this year and im using copper fungicide it doesnt rid the plant of it but it keeps it from spreading.
