What do you guys think of the following names?

Mardi Grass Madness (hot sauce)

Bourbon Street Mayhem (hot sauce)

Fire on the Bayou (Cajun Mustard)

I like that one.

I think by themselves the names are challenging to associate with hot sauce, which is not my sole intention to begin with. But...with the same guy designing the art work as liquid napalm, I'm confident that his design could accomplish what I'm looking for and blow you guys away.

Also, Fire on the Bayou is both a song, and a play...nothing relating to food...yet.

True, but remember...not offering you another bottle of hot sauce. I'm offering you a bottle of Cajun flavoring with some heat. My niche is purely Cajun products. The actual products are an after thought or by-product of the Cajun experience.

Oh...I thought I posted this. I must be getting old!

Anyway...the mustard will be called "Fire on the Bayou" Cajun Mustard.

I'm still trying to come up with a name for my mild sauce and my wing sauce.
