Proper spacing

So my winter grow has started getting carried away, and now i am growing multiple varieties. In each of my tents i have at least 9 different DWC buckets all spaced about 4 inches apart. Using 6 inch net pots i figure the plants to be maybe 5-6 inches apart at full trimmed growth. Now i do not want any crossed plants. Should i have more separation, or would that distance be OK if i pollinate by hand? Do any of you have suggestions, or rituals that keep your strains pure?

100% isolation per plant would be only way to remain pure without worry.

yup separate tents for each variety would keep them pure or caging each one with organza over it.
pollen goes airborne and can be carried pretty far.

Someone told me you can put a teabag around a flower to insure purity for that particular flower/pod. I never tried it and to be honest wouldn't know if it really worked unless I had very different plants growing next to each other. Safest bet is to isolate strains.

Oh man my Mrs. is going to be hotter than the peppers when she finds out i need to expand again!

  You can try using pollen isolation bags. That would allow for the plants to remain in the same tent.
