also you should consider taking pictures, writing a variety review / log so you can remember what you like / didn't like.
i forget stuff from yesterday let alone what i grew 5 years ago!
 
Logging in your Glog on THP is good, i know some people keep personal spreadsheets.
Another option to log is a public database like pepperdatabase, so others can benefit from your reviews / pictures.

On a side note everything i got from you grew true and did well. Got some really nice pods. REALLY loved the CARDI Scorpions and Joes Long Cayenne. I would like to get come CARDI seeds right from the CARDI pack if possible. My pods had a good chance of crossing because i grew them very close to others. They were the best tasting super ive tried yet and dont want any surprises next year.
