pod Puerto Rican pepper id

So, peppers were given to me at a hydro supply company that had a plant under lights in the showroom. Plant was from a chef from PR that used these for Piques and various sofritos. Absolutely no heat but the flavor is beyond floral and sweet on the nose and toungue. For a small pepper the flesh is meaty and the aroma is huge. The manager had no idea of name or genus and gave me two ripe pods. The seeds were left on placenta to dry. Ok, what is it?

So the answer is"What is a Sabrosito" Alex. Stopped in hydro shop for more potting mix supplies and manager had spoken to original plant owner. Having several cold snaps here,+/-40 to low 60's so I'm plant juggling right now. Starting zuch/cuc next week. Gonna germ seeds this weekend, we'll see what happens.
I second your (ho) and usually do, removed all pod flesh and put in coffee filter then in front of fan overnight. Simple squeeze and all came off next afternoon. Everything's coming off light and going to greenhouse/hardening so they'll be some room and time for them. Gonna read up on them, definitely an overwinter project. Had one pod in tuna fish and the other in taco. Flavors are fantastic.

Aji Dulce is one of those generic names (sweet pepper) that is also specific as in pepper type, but they come from different regions, and coming from PR you definitely got the good one. Very popular in PR for sofritos and such and notably flavorful.

@Grass Snake I believe you have some too?

Solution
Started 05/05
H2O2 diluted soak
To tissue, bottled water spritz to moisten
No activity till yesterday, see pic and y'all
tell me what you think. The body darkened, but looks like radical is emerging. This is a unfamiliar genus for me to grow. Started second set anyway. Hmmmm
